Zleen Tires Mounting Instructions
What will you need for the replacement?
New tire
· Bicycle pump (manual foot or hand pump, or a compressor) with head for your AV/PV/DV valve type
· 2pcs of tire levers - choose plastic ones to avoid damage to the rim, tire or inner tube
· Inner tube or tubeless set for the Born Tubeless tire
We recommend using high-quality cycling tools to replace the tire. It will last longer, make your work easier, and reduce the risk of tire or rim damage.
Instructions:
1. Removing the front/rear wheel from the frame/fork
In the case of rim brakes - loosen them by unhooking them from the stopper so that you can slide the wheel out smoothly. With disc brakes, the wheel will fall out freely, just make sure that the brake pads are not in braking position, then it would be difficult to put the wheel back in.
2. Dismantling the original tire
If you are using a tubeless system, follow the instructions above - "Born Tubeless" installation. If you're using an inner tube, first let the air out of the tire through the valve. Prepare the tire all around so that the beads are off the rim. Carefully slide one tire lever under the rim and remove the tire bead without the tube from the rim, securing the tire lever with the wires. Do the same with the second tire lever 10 cm further. Then you should be able to easily remove the tire on one side around the entire circumference. Push the valve in and remove the tube, then remove the tire.
3. Installing a new tire
Pay attention to the direction of rotation of the wheel and put the tire in the correct direction of rotation, marked on the tire with an arrow (if it is not marked, the tire can be used in both directions). Start by putting one side of the tire on the rim, and for aesthetic reasons, pay attention to the tire brand at the valve as well. Insert a slightly inflated inner tube into the tire, insert the valve into the hole as deep as possible, then put on the other side of the tire. In many cases, especially with tires with an aramid (folding) rope, you can do without the use of tire levers, thus eliminating pinching/clicking of the inner tube. If you can't put the tire on manually, use tire levers, but be careful not to puncture the inner tube - it must not stay under the tire lever.
Once the tire is in its place, lightly inflate the inner tube, even up the tire around the entire circumference, and check that the tube is not left under the tire bead. Then inflate the tire to the optimal pressure, check the entire circumference to make sure that the tire is well placed in the bead near the rim and that it does not toss when spinning. You can adjust the unevenness by applying strong pressure at the point of throwing against the "bulge" or by using soapy water.
Then all you have to do is put the wheel in the frame/fork, check everything one more time and get on the road!

What will you need for the replacement?
· A new inner tube with the right size and valve type
· Bicycle pump (manual foot or hand pump, or a compressor) with head for your AV/PV/DV valve type

We recommend using high-quality cycling tools to replace the inner tube. It will last longer, make your work easier, and reduce the risk of damage to your tire, tube, or rim.
Instructions:
1. Dismantling the original inner tube
First, let the air out of the tire through the valve, unless the tube is punctured. Prepare the tire all the way around the circumference, so that the beads are off the rim. Carefully slide one tire lever under the rim and remove the tire bead without the tube from the rim, securing the tire lever to the tip. Do the same with the second tire lever 10 cm further. Then you should be able to easily remove the tire on one side around the entire circumference. Push the valve in and remove the tube, leaving the tire on one side of the rim. In the care of a puncture, check the tire optically from the outside, run your fingers through the inside, which usually reveal small thorns. Also check the rim tape to make sure it is in the correct position and that it is not damaged. If you find the slightest crack or a hole, replace it by a new one.
2. Assembling a new inner tube
Insert a slightly inflated inner tube into the tire, insert the valve into the hole as deep as possible. Then put on the other side of the tire, starting and ending at the valve. In many cases, especially with tires with an aramid (folding) rope, you can do without the use of tire levers, thus eliminating pinching of the inner tube. If you can't put the tire on manually, use tire levers, but be careful not to puncture the inner tube - it must not stay under the tire lever.
